Job Title: Teacher Aide

Location: Eustace ISD District Wide

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher Aide to join our district-wide team at Eustace ISD. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting teachers and enhancing students' educational experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the lead teacher in implementing the curriculum and creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
2. Provide support to students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts that were presented by the teacher.
3. Help prepare materials and classrooms for class activities.
4. Assist in maintaining accurate student records, including attendance and grades.
5. Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student learning and wellbeing.
6. Adhere to all district policies and procedures.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Certifications:

The candidate must hold relevant certifications as required by the state or district.
