Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher

Location: Eustace Primary School

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Eustace Primary School. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate kindergarten curriculum.
2. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
3. Create a positive and stimulating learning environment to foster student participation.
4. Collaborate with parents and other staff members to enhance the overall learning experience of the students.
5. Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
6. Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops to maintain and improve professional competence.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong understanding of child development and latest education theories and practices.
3. Creative teaching abilities.
4. Patience and flexibility.
5. Strong classroom management skills.

Certifications:

The candidate must hold a valid teaching certification. Additional certifications in early childhood education will be considered an advantage.
